1 package Sweet Mashed Potatoes
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Prepare The Main Ingredients
Sweet Mashed Potatoes: potato washing&peeling----boil the peeled potatoes----then mash the boiled potatoes into pasty.
Minced Fresh Ginger: ginger washing&peeling---ginger slicing---sliced ginger grinding
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray*. In medium bowl combine all ingredients; stir to mix well.
2. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes. Stir; continue baking 5 to 10 minutes or until marshmallows are melted and potatoes are heated through.

* An 11x7-inch rectangular or 8-inch square baking dish can be used.
